  I am continually logged out and when i try log in and comment on a wordpress page wp asks me to log in again and then says’ We couldn’t find your account. If you already have an account, make sure you have connected to WordPress.com.’

  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To add to what @storygenie5 noted, please try the following:

  • Please visit https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ and share the URL next to the green button in your next reply.
  • Clear your browser cache.
  • Try switching your web browser to the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. You might also want to try out the official WordPress.com app.
  • Disable any content blockers, such as Adblock, and any other browser extensions.
  • If you’re using Safari, un-check Prevent cross-site tracking in your preferences.
  • If you’re using an iOS or macOS device, turn off Private Relay.
