Log-in lock-out

  One of the largest politics/religion blogs in the UK – powered by WordPress. Completely locked out. Log-in doesn’t work. Tried to re-set password: ‘Could not save password reset key to database.’ Cleared cache, cookies, no joy. It is on an auto-renewal Business Plan (at least that’s what the invoice said). Any assistance would be appreciated. Bless you.

  All signs point to the fact that your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site.

  To clear up any confusion, self-hosted WordPress sites and WordPress.com are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:
