Log- in not recognizing my email as valid

    Im new to this! I just started my website. After choosing the name, paying etc I only received an email about my registrar.
    When I go to log in, my email is apparently not valid/recognized (even though it is the one I signed up with). I can’t even get help with via the help form because it won’t recognize the email. I try using my website name, but because I cannot provide any other info, it will not let me fill it out and continue.

    So I’m screwed for being able to log in and get help I guess?
    SO VERY FRUSTRATED AS IT TOOK ME MONTHS TO FINALLY DO THIS ONLY TO HAVE MY LOG IN NOT WORK :-(
