log in not working – getting ‘security789’ message

My normal log in info is not working. I am locked out. Even when I requested a new password, I get the email to change it but then get a blank screen instead of the info box to make changes. I can’t access my website at all. I would like to speak to a live person. Is there a phone number?

I was able to open the link that you sent but do not have the “proof” of ownership info that is required. If I have those things, I don’t have access to them because I am locked out. Is there any other way I can get some help?

Thank you. http://www.strive-365.com/ is a wordpress.ORG software install hosted by Goodaddy.com, not by wordpress.COM and that’s why the wordpress.COM account recovery is not useful in this case. You will have to contact your web host ie. GoDaddy Staff.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
