Log in Page Suspected Bot

Hi
Our website is having an issue where a new user cannot create an account. The error emerges following these steps:
1. Click Create an Account
2. Enter email address
3. Press enter and then ‘suspected bot’ error occurs
To try and resolve the issue- we have updated all plugins and deactivated the ones we do not need.
And then we updated our template to be a WordPress free template.
We are using Uncanny toolkit for the login pad.
The issue is still not resolved, please help. -

You are asking in the wrong place! The forums here are for blogs/pages hosted at WordPress.COM. No one here at WordPress.COM can use the Uncanny toolkit, as plugins are not allowed here for various security reasons. You must have a WordPress installation at a web hosting service other than WordPress.COM.Support for self hosted sites like yours may be found at:
