  Hi there cbiley11yahoocom,

  Hoping the password reset helped you get logged in to the other account. I’m assuming that cbiley11yahoocom is not the username associated with marketingandjournalism.wordpress.com, but let us know otherwise as you may just need to use cbiley11yahoocom and/or the email you associated with that user to login with to gain access to that site. Which you’d do from “<- Switch Site” in your dashboard:

  However, if marketingandjournalism is on another account and the user/email and/or password reset request still aren’t working, let us know what you’re seeing or you may want to tag this topic with “modlook” to get help from a Happiness Engineer who has the proper access to see which email is associated with marketingandjournalism. Though they likely will only be able to help by sending a reset password request that email as they can’t post or take private information in this public forum.
