Log in problem

Hi, a couple of month ago, I created a new account for a new domain.
I changed my primary hosting domain in my Blue host Account and now I can’t log in in that WordPress site: http://www.visualdesignco.com
I contacted Blue host already and they told me everything looks correct with that domain.Can you please help me log in into that account? The email address of that account is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

Your website (visualdesignco.com) is hosted on Bluehost
We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.
You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
