  Good afternoon,

  I have problem with my log in. It is long time that I am trying to update y website but I can;t remember the log in and neither I can find the right information to create a new password, as apparently it won’t accept my user name too. Can you please help>

  It seems you don’t have a website running on the wordpress.com platform. What account are you trying to log in?

  Hi there, you posted in an earlier forum thread where you mention
  ANNAPERRAFASHION.COM
  Nameservers:
  ns1.namecity.com
  ns2.namecity.com

  So that site is not hosted on the WordPressdotcom servers. To reset your WordPress site’s password, check out this guide https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
