log in problem after changing themes

I changed themes last Friday on my blog at http://www.fridayharborsji.com and now cannot log in.
At the WordPress.com log in page, I entered my username, it said I would receive an email with a password reset, but I never received the email. Still can’t login, didn’t get the reset email and the log in page won’t recognize the password that worked for me last week.
