  Since upgrading my operating system I have lost all my stored passwords. I have asked for a link to be emailed to me to reset the passwords numerous times but nothing arrives in my mail box! I’ve checked spam etc

  The account you are currently logged in to hasn’t created any WordPress.com sites. If you are using WordPress.org software with another host, please post to the WordPress.org support forums for advice:

  http://wordpress.org/support/forums

  It would also be worth checking your spam folder in case the email has been filtered there.
