log in problems

    Hi one of my recent sites is http://www.jamerae.co.uk every time I try and log on i’m having to request a new password. once i’m in the site in admin mode when i go to the customize page it keeps asking me to log in again but fails. i’m able to work on the site but the customize page only ever shows the log in page and not the site.
    can you advice what i need to do to rectify this all my other wordpress sites are working fine.
