log-in problems 2 accounts

    I have to word press accounts: http://www.emotionalfitnesstraining.com and wwwparentsfriend.com I am being driven crazier then I am by needing to claim a lost password when asked to sign in. I seems that if I have been using one account and then want to sign into the other account, I cannot unless I change the password. Hoping someone can help. I do not want to take medication to stay calm.
