  Hi, we have a problem to log in to our website. We try with our password but it does not work and when we try to get a new password it sends a link to an email but we never receive the email so we dont actually know this information. We need help! ahah our webpage is greenagebcn.es
  PD: The person who use to manage the website does not work with us anymore and gave us this wrong access dates.

  I am also having issues logging in. I was doing fine and now the site either says my email is not recognised and when it does recognise it my website is not on there! It was working just fine before. – Confused as to what is happening! Please help! My website is angrywolfmusicreviewssw.co.uk.

  @greenagebcn, @angrywolfmusicreviewssouthwest both of your sites are using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
