Log in problems

Hi… i activated 2 factor in two accounts i have, i received the sms for activation… and everything was working… now i tried to log in in both accounts and i simply can’t! I dont receive any SMS and i just activated 2 factor, so i’m certain the number is right!, i activated an app autentication for one of the accounts, the code isn’t accepted either… so i tried the recovery codes i saved of one of the accounts… still NOT WORKING! I made a reset password, NOTHING! i’m loosing my mind…

I’m not showing you have set up two factor for your @gestosnativos WordPress.com user account, so you would not be prompted for that authentication when logging into this account.
If this is for a different account and the SMS is not working, you would need to use a Backup Code.
To use a backup code, fill in your login details like you normally would. When asked about the login code enter the backup code instead. Remember: backup codes are only valid for one time each so be careful when using them.
If you did not save your backup codes when you configured your two factor, then you will need to contact passwordhelp@wordpress.com from the email address on file for the account you’re trying to access for help.
