log in problems, no blog

  my husband can’t log into his account. He just paid 79. today and he spent hours on customizing his blog and it just disappeared. And now he can’t log in using his email and his correct password. he has tried password reset but that doesn’t help. he sent a message to support 8 hours ago. he has a request for account recovery but we still haven’t heard. we checked the bank and the payment has gone through.
