"Log in" text appears by my social media icons

Not sure if this is a css issue or plug-in issue but I just noticed that the words “log in” are appearing next to some of my social media icons. Not just on my blog page, So it’s not the theme template, but also happening on my home page.
Is anyone aware of a solution for this?
I was hoping to attach an screenshot but I don’t see whare I can do that here? So here’s a link. look at the bottom of my posts next to the google+ icon. http://www.hilinebuilders.com/blogThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s proudly powered by WordPress.ORG software install. It’s not a WordPress.COM blog. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features and run different versions of some themes with the same names http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
