Log in to Gravatar

  Visited gravatar.com after a long absence and followed the instructions to create a new linked WordPress account. Now when log in to wordpress.com and click my avatar (or go to gravatar.com directly), I’m told to ‘Sign in to Gravatar with WordPress.com Connect’ despite having already logged in.

  How can I regain access to gravatar.com?

  Hi Peter,

  Please try the following:

  1) Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  Browser Issues

  2) Log into your WordPress.com account.

  3) Go to Gravatar.com and click the Log in with WordPress.com button.

  That should log you into Gravatar, but let me know if it doesnt.

  You can also try a different browser or Incognito Mode in Chrome.

  Thanks! That solved it. Thought I had cleared my cookies already, but I was updating my passwords on a lot of sites and must have missed this one.
