  I have an admin page I can’t access because you won’t accept my password! When I try to find help, you pass me off to a forum. Go fuck yourself and refund my money!

  Sorry to hear you’re having so much trouble. You should be able to reset your password using this information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  It looks like you need to use the Support contact form to request a refund for any purchases you made though after you cancel your products per this policy: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  you’re not sorry about it at all, you’ve taken my money, provided no service, refused to provide help, and I want my money back. What’s the point of paying you for a blog I have no access to control?

  You keep pushing me to a forum, or sending me to the same link to change my password which still does not work to get into the dashboard on my admin page. Give me a real person that actually works for you and can assist me!!!!!!

  Thank you for your help, but this seems to be the problem. I think I have my issue worked out for the moment, but don’t you think it’s funny that as soon as I signed up I’ve been flooded with spam, but when their service doesn’t function they don’t offer access to a moderator or any one to help, they just push you off on other customers to do their work for them? Some racket!
