  I wonder if someone can help me? I am locked out of my WordPress blog. I can log into the WordPress site as goldsrobin and my profile page shows my blog at http://www.free-at-last.co.uk.

  The blog is called Free at Last, My Wanderings in Retirement. I can see the last 5 posts on the WordPress site. But I cannot log into the blog. I have had two log-ins: RobinG with email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and goldsrobin with (email visible only to moderators and staff), but neither are recognised in Log-on. I now have no idea what my password should be, but cannot get a new one as neither email appears to be recognised.

  I need to continue blogging and would be so grateful if someone could tell me how to get back in.

  Thank you for your helpful reply.

  I do not have a transaction code as I have not upgraded.
  I joined in February 2012 but can no longer access my emails that far back to get the Activation Code.
  So I am not able to use the recovery form.

  Any ideas?

  I checked your site and I see it’s not hosted on WordPress.com. Your domain free-at-last.co.uk points to livedns. Based on this info, I assume you are WordPress.org user.

  This forum is only dedicated to WordPress.com sites.

  I would suggest you to contact your host. Your host can help you recover your login account.

  WordPress.COM support docs and the account recovery referred to in them refer only to sites that are hosted by wordpress.COM ie. that are on wordpress.COM servers.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
