  My site is http://www.phenomna.com but the email I used to set it up is not letting me in?

  phenomna.com is owned by another WordPress.com account. Are you trying to log in using the email address you purchase receipt was sent to? If you are and that isn’t working, we’ll need you to fill out the account recovery form:

  The transaction ID from upgrading can be used as proof of ownership — please do not share that information on these forums, it can be sent to us through the account recovery form instead.
