log in to our account by wordpress

  we can not log in to our account any more and do not have access to the website for alterations. what shell we do ?

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/

  @riversideimc I just thought I’d add, are you using http://www.riversideimc.com/wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access. If you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support
