Log-in trouble

  My client is trying to give me direct access to his site. He’s set up a username and a password for me but every time I try to go to the site’s admin URL I get a grey screen with the message:

  Sorry, your request cannot be accepted

  Beneath is a ‘back’ button that when clicked does nothing.

  The tab on the web page reads: WordPress > Error.

  Now, my client is in the USA and I’m in Southeast Asia, so he’s tried IP unblocking. However, even after that I still can’t get to the admin page.

  Can anyone help? Let’s see if this support forum really works!
