Log in 'User Does Not Exist'

    Hey guys, I am having a problem when i am trying to log in as it says ‘User Does Not Exist’

    I created my website about a year ago, and haven’t logged back into it since March 2018. I tried to log in today and I got the message when I type in my email address, so I am not sure what to do. I changed hosting for my website and now my website is completely down and I need access for it to be back up.

    Any help is much appreciated and I am happy to provide more information if it is required.

    This is WordPress.COM support where we provide support only for sites on our servers. nemacitymarketing.com is a wordpress.ORG software install hosted by iPage, not by wordpress.com

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     I too am having this problem. My original free site was cherysola.wordpress.com. I upgraded it to a personal plan a few days ago. Now, when I use the email address I have always used, I get a “user does not exist” message. I can’t contact support because they don’t talk to you unless you are a paying customer. However, the paying site seems to have vanished. It took me way to long to find a way to communicate about this problem. I suggest an emergency 911 way to contact for those in this situation that get shut out completely. If I didn’t have a second free site, I couldn’t have even posted here.

    Anyway, where did my site go and how do I get it back, or in the alternative, get my money refunded?
