can you tell me how can I Iog myself into wordpress. We got our link from our hoster and tried to type in our email- address and our password but it didnt worked.

There is no “our”. Groups, organizations, businesses, etc. do not own sites. Sites have a sole owner and it is the person who registered the site under their username account and associated email address.
What is the exact URL starting with https:// of the site?
Exactly which username account registered that site -
To save time you can type the actual URL of the site you are referring to into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site so you know where to post for support.
