  hi the the forum

  Im very new to all of this hence my current issues/problems.

  I have purchased a premium theme, got my hosting, e mail and web address at dealt with and now the site seems active in its blank form. My issue is that I cant get into the wp -admin. All my paswords details etc fail. I request resets but receive nothing. Can the forum help please.
