Logged in for first time in ages, can't reach 'My Sites'

I haven’t written in my blogs for many many months. I came in to start writing again, am logged into my account, but it keeps lagging when I click ‘My Sites’, it acts as if it is still loading but will just sit there like that forever on ‘Loading My Sites’. I tried a few days ago, and again today, same thing happened.
Interestingly the Help box when I am in my account screen also lags, so I can’t get anything out of ‘contact us’ or anything there either.
What can I do?

This looks like an issue with your browser. Please try the following:
* Clear your browser’s cache and cookies:
* Check that JavaScript is enabled and supported by your browser:
* Disable any ad-blocking and security extensions on your browser
* Log-out and log back into your WordPress.com account.
* Check that you’re using the latest version of your browser:
* Try another browser:
