Logged into my account but can't edit in anyway.

Hello forum,
For a long while I have had difficulty editing my wordpress account.
(This is it for the curious. http://cry-some-more.demon-sushi.com/)I can log into my account, and have the toolbar on the left hand side work well. The problem is most of the tabs do not bring up anything on the main part of the screen. Just a giant wall of white with nothing to click on. (The top bar disappears as well.)
The only page that appears to work is the “Akismet stats” and “Akismet Configuration” under plugins. I am 4 updates behind. Do I need these updates in order to fully access my account? If I do, I am unable to open up the tab in order to do so.What is the issue, and what can I do?

We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
