  hey there, so I’m the designer for http://www.lavitaglam.com and i changed the main user which is me vitaglam to lavitaglam, i am now trying to login with both and cant seem to access, please it may be my fault my customer is getting frustrated. can you please help me out here. the email i used first was (email visible only to moderators and staff) and then just for testing chose sales.lavitaglam.com … and now I’m logged out and don’t have access to that email.

  That’s not a blog being hosted by WordPress.COM. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and not for WordPress.ORG software installs. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of some themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
