Logged out of wordpress

    Hello, we are trying to login to our word press but when we do it doesn’t give us the dashboard. it was working earlier this morning. it told us the session expired, logged us out and now we can’t get in. we’ve reset the password, but still nothing.

    I do not see any sites under your @cinziad460a338a8 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
