logging in

I recently started a site with WP via Host Monster. All was well until I encountered an issue with readers not being able to post a comment. I thought maybe it was the new Disqus plug in. I followed a few suggestions. Cleaned out cache in my Firefox browser. Then removed Disqus plug in all together. That did not work. Then it was suggested to deactivate and then REactivate ALL my the plugins. I did that. Jetpack asked me to connect them to http://www.wordpress. I tried to, but WP would not accept my password.
Long and short of it after a bunch of “click here and there” moments, it seems WP has be logged in to a different WP account I had BUT is using the SAME email addy? I know it is the same addy because up until yesterday ALL my comments from the NEW sitecame through to THAT email. I am at a loss what to do. When I cleaned out my Firefox, it obviously cleaned out all of my saved passwords!
HELP! I have people that would like to post on my site, but can’t :0(. I am NOT a techy person and generally I have found ALL of my answers on your forums or on YouTube. WP is so user friendly, but I cannot figure this one out. Here is the info I have:
I am sending THIS email via the OLD account.

You’re blog is a self hosted WordPress.ORG install, you need to direct your question to http://wordpress.org/support
-
It sounds like you have a WordPress.ORG account, in which case you’ll want to check out the .ORG forums.
Good luck!

Especially and exactly because you are being hosted by host monster. This support forum is only for those with blogs being hosted by WordPress.com
