Logging in

I have no issues logging in from my iPad and my business blog shows up. But when I log in to the website, or desktop app, it says my username/password is incorrect, and when I did log on via website or desktop app, using the information I had in my settings, accessed from my iPad, my business blog doesn’t show up anywhere, yet its available on my iPad? I’m so confused!

The account you are contacting us from doesn’t own any blogs on WordPress.com. What is the address of the blog you are having trouble accessing?
If the site is hosted on WordPress.com, it’s likely you are signed in to the wrong account on the desktop app. But once I know which site you are referring to, I’ll be happy to take a closer look and point you in the right direction :)
