  I have had a developer working on my site, but we kinda came to a stand still. He gave me all of the login info to finish it up when I found a new developer, but I am not able to log in using the info he sent me?

  Hi, can you clarify which site you need help with? Please send a link; my guess is it’s under another account or possibly with a different host. We’ll check it out and point you in the right direction for support.
