  The password reset isn’t working. I have checked email and spam folders already so don’t bother telling me to do that.

  i can log in to my page but not my wp-admin. That url is

  Darnell I’m not sure that’s correct. I have never used the wordpress.org site. When I log onto wordpress now it’s through wordpress.com. I can get to my page, my jetpack, all of that…..I just can’t get logged in on my wp-admin page. When I enter my user name and password it is always wrong. When I click the send password reset info it says that it sent it but I never receive it. I have checked ALL of my email addresses and ALL of the spam folders and it is just not there. Therefore I can’t reset my password and get into my admin page. I can’t upload any new products, etc.
  I am using Bluehost to host my page. Does that make a difference? It never has before.
