Logging in

    Hi there,
    I’ve been having trouble logging in to the wordpress mobile app and looking at my account I think the problem may be that the email address my account is linked to doesn’t exist any more.

    Could you help me out so I can connect everything please?

    Please respond to the address (email visible only to moderators and staff), (email visible only to moderators and staff) is the one that doesn’t exist.

    When I try to log in with my username pauloloco it doesn’t accept the password I use to log in on my laptop and I cn’t reset the password as the email doesn’t work.

    If you are unable to log into your WordPress.com account complete this account recovery form https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
    If you are able to log in on the computer you can update your email and password https://wordpress.com/me/account

    WordPress.COM account recovery cannot be used for wordpress.ORG sites. And, the first thing we do when answering support questions at wordpress.COM is to determine the site URL and where it is hosted.
