  WordPress will not accept my password. I have requested help via email but have not received an answer.

  Please make sure your WordPress.COM username account email address is correct on this page https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Check your email client spam filter please and if you use Gmail or a or G Suite account see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  Hi –

  Did you request a new password from this page? The email will be delivered to the address listed on the account at wordpress.com/me/account/ you should also check any other folders including the spam.

  No, I didn’t. I never got a new password from the system at all. But that is a new page for me, so I will work with it. Many thanks Liz!

  No problem at all. If the password reset does not work you’ll need to go through Account Recovery.
