logging in

even though I have sites listed that I created myself, I am finding it impossible to sign in to the wordpress site, it will not recognise my email though it is shown against my previous and present sites, so I can’t ask for a password reminder because it won’t recognise my email, have posed this dilemma to the help area but got no response!

Hi, thanks for the fast response though I don’t really understand the point made, fact is that my email is not recognised when attempting to login for no obvious reason, amazingly there was no problem logging in to reply here even though I am using the same data, too old for the internet me!
