Hi, I have two accounts linked to the same email. I need only the account with the account name Bailey that is linked to my website baileysalisbury.com. I have tried to request a password several times and I receive nothing for the user name Bailey. Please can you merge these accounts.

baileysalisbury.com is using self-hosted WordPress.org on another web host. Your account at WordPress.com is different than the one for baileysalisbury.com. Please contact your web hosting service provider to help you reset your password for baileysalisbury.com.

You might have used JetPack plugin to link your self-hosted site with your WordPress.com account so that the management of your site is easier. However, this neither brings the files of your site here nor does it move your hosting to WordPress.com.

I don’t understand. Just last week I was able to reset my password for the account Bailey not baileysalisbury and login and update my website. And now I cannot.

Ok I found an old link. I see. It’s very confusing because it looks just like the wordpress log in but it is a different url. I will save this link. Thanks for your help.
