  Hi There,

  I have a website with Word Press.. http://www.mayrosestyle.com.au, username: Mayrosestyle and email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)..I haven’t logged in for a long time, I’m having trouble gaining access. It says user name not found Can you please help me?

  Hi there,

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this and your WordPress.com username won’t work for that site. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
