logging in

Every time I log in I have to fill in my email and password. There seems to be no option for it to remember me. It’s most annoying because I’m not on the computer all day, I just go on now and again to check my blog. Is there any way my log in details can be remembered? No one else uses my computer so security is not a worry.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

WordPress sets a cookie in your browser to authenticate a login session.
Third-party cookies should be enabled in your browser so that your login details can be stored in the browser and it doesn’t log you out.

Could you please check if you have third-party cookies enabled in your browser?

The checker said I do have third party cookies enabled on my browser. This only started happening when word press changed their format recently, until then my log in was quick and easy. So I don’t understand why it doesn’t work now. It does work for all my other sites that I have saved passwords to. Just not wordpress. ????

Please check if you’re running the latest version of the browser listed at https://browsehappy.com/. If not then consider upgrading first.

Does this happen in other browsers also? Try logging in from other browser and see if it remembers your details.

If all the above doesn’t work then try the following steps-

Clear the browser cache and see if it makes any difference.

Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
