  I can’t log in to my site http://www.johnboyko.com. Help. Further, why am I suddenly being charged a nmonthly fee?

  The account you are contacting us from,jboyko57gmailcom, is not the WordPress.com account connected to your domain and upgrades. jboyko2014 Is the account connected to johnboyko.com, so you must log into that WordPress.com account to have access. The monthly fee is for the Business Plan.

  I still can’t log in. There is confusion between my email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and jboyko2014 which is linked to my site (www.johnboyko.com). It won’t let me create a new password. It won’t send me a text message to verify. All I want to do is log in to my website. Then, I want to discuss the monthly fee for the business plan which I do not recall signing up for. Is there any way I can speak with someone on the phone about this as going through this forum seems to be solving nothing.
