Hi there!
I am so sorry but you are using the wrong forum center. You need to know the difference between WordPress.com, and WordPress.org, because they aren’t the same forums. Each have different but some same features. If you still don’t understand, read on.
You are on WordPress.com Forums, when you would need to be on WordPress.org forums, for this request, as this is for hosted sites, and not for “self” hosted sites under their own hosts.
The difference between WordPress.com forums and WordPress.org can be found here. Basically, they have they have the same name, but the difference is .org, and .com, and have different options in each. Also, WordPress.com, is where everything is done for you, and WordPress.org, where you manage you servers, etc.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
Also, I see that your site is hosted from these registrars, Bluehost:
NS1.BLUEHOST.COM
NS2.BLUEHOST.COMYou might want to contact their support center and get more information, and contact them for more information regarding this.
The forums for WordPress.org can be found here.
We’re so sorry we couldn’t assist you further, and wish you success on your site. I’ll still tag this as Modlook, as this is Bluehost, to check if staff may help or not.
Cheers!

Hi there,
Your site’s admin login is something completely different from your WordPress.com login. The site’s admin login is stored in the site’s database on Bluehost’s servers, and was created when you first installed the WordPress software with them.
You might be able to reset that password via the cPanel interface in your Bluehost account, or else you can see the password reset options for your version of WordPress here:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
However, because you have the Jetpack plugin installed on your site, you can also set things up so you can log in via your WordPress.com account instead. Go to My Site ->Settings ->Security and click the button next to Allow sign in using WordPress.com accounts at the bottom. That will add a “Log in via WordPress.com” button on your admin login screen, so you don’t need to use a separate password.
