  Hi there, our website (Waterfallpreprimary.co.za) comes up with HTTP error 500 and we have no idea what is wrong. We also can’t login to our site as the username and password I was using is now saying it doesnt exist. I also have no idea how to get verification that this is our site… Could you help? possibly tell me if someone hosts our site or not –

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
