Logging in issues

  I can log in to wordpress.com but when I attempt certain things herein, like trying to change or customize my theme, it sends me to a different login page that I can’t get past, with it just saying that it doesn’t recognize my username or email address. I assume this is the backend into the wordpress.org platform. I have no way I know around this. I don’t know how to contact anyone at the companies, and don’t know what other email addresses it could possibly have registered – it wouldn’t be anything other than what I have tried. It’s like the .com connection is there but the .org and more robust backend admin website building platform was cut off or not properly the link was not properly established in the first place. I signed up for a free 30 day trial with auto charge at the end of the 30 days and don’t even see a way through this .com portion to cancel that if I wanted to… Totally stuck with seemingly no recourse. Please help me.
