Logging in issues after switching platforms
-
Our company had a full WordPress website at http://www.digedu.com. Our developers have switched it to another platform, but I still need to have access to the assets that were on the old website. We also need to have access to our blog so that we can use it on the new site. I am no longer able to log in through our admin account, so I am currently just on one of the blogging author accounts. Can we please get some help with this? Thanks!

Hi, you are in the wrong forum,
This forum is for blogs/sites hosted in WordPress.com.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum

Is there any way to talk to someone from WordPress? I need to get access to my website and assets.
-
Again: We do not provide support for sites that are not hosted on WordPress.com
And you’re talking about one site (http://www.digedu.com/) that is not hosted on WordPress.com.

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
