Logging in on another computer

Hello, I am having an issue with logging into my wordpress account and getting access to my website on a different computer than my laptop. My login information is saved on my personal laptop, so I dont need to sign in each time I work on my website, however, each time I try to log in to wordpress and get access to my website on my desktop, I receive an error message that my account does not exist. I also do not have access to my email associated with the account anymore, however I cannot change the email because i’m afraid it will not let me log in again and I will lose access.

each time I try to log in to wordpress and get access to my website on my desktop, I receive an error message that my account does not exist.
An error message saying that the account does not exist while logging in suggests that you entered either the wrong username or email address. Changing the email address shouldn’t present a problem, because you may change the password as well, and then save that new login information as you did previously.
