Logging in to add or fix products!

    I need help or a contact number or to chat with someone that can help me fix my account I can login to word press but when I go down to products it asks me to login to word press again and then says passwords incorrect when obviously I know my password or it wouldn’t have logged in the first time. Something needs to get fixed about this because I can no longer fix my products or add new products.

    Looking at that site I can see it doesn’t use our hosting from WordPress.com.

    For help, I would contact the hosting provider first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
