Logging in to dashboard

Hi, When I go to my site via the URL and click ‘My Site’ it says I don’t have one. I’ve tried accessing via a link to moderate a comment and same thing. I need to get onto it to edit and add blogs. Can you help please? No idea what to do. Never had a problem before as always went to dashboard via this laptop. Am on same device, so can’t understand problem. Site is ofhumaninterface.wordpress.com Thank you.

You could probably reach your site to moderate a comment if you weren’t logged in here. You’ve (probably accidentally) created a new WordPress.com account three days ago which you are using to post here with. Log out of this account completely, maybe even clear cache and cookies in your browser if necessary, and log back in with the correct username for your site that you have been using for the last few years (which may well bejacqx13) and whatever password is correct for that site.

Thank you. That seems to have worked. The problem happened when I clicked through the ‘approve’ link from an email. It said there was no site and apparently I created a new one by accident. Don’t understand why that email link didn’t take me to the correct site but seems resolved now. Much appreciated.
