http://www.worssell.com.au/ is not a WordPress.com blog, and we cannot help you with that here.
-
I’m trying to login to update my website and it isn’t recognising my username of password and when I put my email address in it doesn’t recognise that either although I checked my account and it is correct in there.

As raincoaster said, unfortunately, your website is not hosted on wordpress.com servers and we cannot help with password retrieval problems.
You can try to contact your host ( http://www.webcentral.com.au ) for your problems, they’ll be able to help you.

Thank you I have just been onto webcentral and after quite a few tries he finally got into my site

WordPress rejects my password. I have reset it and now it asks for it again and again rejects it.

You’ll need to specify the address you have a problem with, and since you can log in, what password are you talking about ?

Is this the blog you are referring to http://karenyellowtail.com/This is all going to boil down to how many username accounts you have and exactly which one registered which blog. There is only one means of account recovery so please read on.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

Hello timethief and francisbob: thank you for replying. The problem arose when from my icon top right (yes, logged in!) I tried to access site stats or anything else that wasn’t dashboard. This is when I was given the enter password, password failed… After I posted the above message I saw that I could get into site stats from the dashboard and everything else as well. Now, from the icon on the top right, I can access site stats. I guess it was a glitch but having been hacked on Twitter, I am a little nerviosa. Timethief, you’re a star. Thanks for all your advice & links, I will keep them safe just in case.

Glad to know it’s okay now, you can activate the two-step verification to harden you info against hackers !
Have a nice day !
