Logging in to Jetpack app

I’m having trouble logging into WordPress via the Jetpack app on my phone. I recently updated the app. Tried logging in with my WordPress site mabelkwong.com and keep getting the message ‘The provided site does not support Application Password authentication’ message.
I’ve never had this issue previously on Jetpack on my phone. I’ve enabled two factor authentication and I can see the section Application passwords in my Dashboard on my laptop.
My blog is on the Premium theme here on wordpress.com. What seems to be the issue with logging in via the JetPack app on my phone? Thanks.

If I understand correctly, you only started experiencing this issue after updating the Jetpack app, right?

That’s right. I only experienced this issue when I updated the Jetpack app recently and tried logging in after it updated. I feel there may be a workaround but it’s still a bit boggling. I’ll reach out by the channels you suggested and take it from there. Appreciate it and thanks for responding.
