Logging in to wordpress

  Hi I am unable to access WordPress. I think I may have the wrong login details to get it on the app or on the web.

  Please can you assist me to get it reset up please?

  Hi there,

  I understand you cannot access your WordPress.com account.

  You can try resetting your WordPress.com password by going to https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword. In this case, you will need to enter the username or email address associated with the WordPress.com account you would like to reset the password. After, an email with a link to reset your WordPress.com password will be sent to your email address. An SMS with a code to reset your WordPress.com password will also be sent to your number if you specified one.

  Alternatively, if you cannot remember your WordPress.com username and email address, please use the Account Recovery Form at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery.

  Looking at your account, you have no sites listed. Do you perhaps have another WordPress.com account (or Jetpack-connected site), and could you please share your site URL?

  Please keep in mind, these forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com managed hosting. If your site is hosted elsewhere, help is available in the WordPress.org forums or by contacting your hosting provider.
